Joint venture between the Portuguese company Firstrule and Alter Enersun

Alter Enersun have taken the first step in their internationalization strategy by setting up a Joint Venture with the Portuguese company Firstrule.

The objective of ENERSUN LDA is to develop, build and manage rooftop photovoltaic plants in Portugal, extrapolating Alter’s experience to the neighboring country.

The new company has obtained several concessions involving more than 3 MW and plans to start energy production before the end of 2013.
